Scott Balestrier has joined the firm as Chief Executive Officer
Ed Baumstein moves to Board Chairman

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SolomonEdwards (the “Company”), a national professional services platform, announces its leadership succession plan.

Scott Balestrier, a professional services industry veteran, has joined SolomonEdwards as its Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of experience leading professional services organizations and delivering strong outcomes for clients and colleagues, Scott will drive SolomonEdwards’ next phase of growth with the Company’s executive leadership team and its private equity partner Renovus Capital. Scott joins the firm from BDO, where he was a Managing Partner. Scott is based in SolomonEdwards’ Wayne, Pennsylvania headquarters and has joined the Company’s Board of Directors.

Ed Baumstein, who founded SolomonEdwards in 1999, and grew the Company from a regionally focused consulting business into a national professional services platform, has become Chairman. Ed will continue to serve on SolomonEdwards’ Board of Directors, supporting the Company, its clients, and its employees with strategic growth initiatives.
