In Latest Innovation Push, O’Charley’s Announces an Updated Core Menu Alongside New Daily Specials

The new menu and specials are all about listening to what guests want and delivering delicious options for them to choose from.

The new menu combines some of the best performing items from different virtual restaurants O’Charley’s has created alongside the favorites that its valued guests have come to love. While many in the industry view their virtual brands as simply another revenue tool, O’Charley’s has gone a step further by using them as spaces to test items and strategies that can result in changes to the brand’s core culinary operations.

O’mazing shareables, O’Charley’s famous chicken tenders, southern comforts and delicious combos are now joined by new menu items that include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Meatball Crostini Italian style meatballs made with beef, pork, herbs, ricotta and Romano cheeses served on crispy toasted garlic bread topped with marinara sauce, a blend of cheeses, fresh basil, and drizzled with balsamic glaze. 8.99
  • Bayou Salmon – An Atlantic salmon fillet rubbed with Cajun seasoning, topped with a cream sauce made with shrimp, red and green peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with two sides. 6-oz. 18.99; 9-oz. 21.99
  • Bayou Shrimp Pasta – Sauteed shrimp, red and green peppers, tomatoes and onions tossed with our Cajun Alfredo sauce and linguini. 13.99
