Rocket Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCKT), a leading late-stage biotechnology company advancing an integrated and sustainable pipeline of investigational genetic therapies for rare childhood disorders with high unmet need, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $100 million of shares of its common stock. Rocket also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Rocket.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and SVB Securities are acting as joint book-running managers, and BTIG is acting as lead manager for the proposed offering.
