DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes” or the “Company”) continues to expand on its environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) efforts. As part of its commitments to advance innovation, ensure that its products and processes are sustainable, and provide transparency in its reporting, the Company has hired professional in-house expertise to expand and deepen its approach to ESG matters.
Roy Conn has been named vice president, ESG. Mr. Conn previously was senior sustainability strategist for Saudi Aramco. Prior to that, he held sustainability positions at ExxonMobil, Huntsman Corporation, and Continental Airlines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from New Mexico State University and is certified in sustainability management and carbon strategy management by GRI and IEMA.
Greg Michaelson has been named vice president, Energy. Mr. Michaelson previously led the worldwide on-site renewables program for Amazon Inc. Prior to that, he led energy efficiency strategy for Albertsons Companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Oregon State University and a master’s certificate in sustainability from the University of Oregon.
