Noelle Williams, Vice President of Recruiting
Williams joined Kavaliro in 2013 and was most recently Director of Recruiting for the Orlando branch. In this role, Williams guided the Orlando team to new levels of growth and success. This propelled Williams to her new position as Vice President of Recruiting where she will shape the future of the workforce solutions practice.
Ron Murray, Vice President of Project Services
Murray joined Kavaliro in 2009 and previously served as Director of Project Services Division before advancing to Vice President of Project Services. His expansive industry expertise in managed services and consulting makes Murray the go-to person for building exceptional teams across the country. In this role, Murray will continue to afford clients with premier experiences and agile service delivery.
Chris Alex, Vice President of Sales
Alex has more than 18 years of experience in the IT staffing industry and joined Kavaliro in January 2022 as Area Director for Denver. His innovative approach and in-depth market knowledge led him to his new role as Vice President of Sales. Alex will spearhead the expansion of the Workforce Solutions division through business development and revenue driving activities.
Kristina Sciortino, Senior Regional Director of Recruiting – Mountain West
Sciortino has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and has been with Kavaliro since 2019. She most recently served as Senior Recruiter and Director of Recruiting for Petaluma, Calif. This role prepared her to become the Senior Regional Director where she’ll create a new “Mountain West” branch and grow the business in this new division.
Hanna Jaddi, Regional Director of Recruiting – Orlando
Jaddi joined Kavaliro’s Orlando team in 2018 and most recently served as Delivery Manager before being promoted to Regional Director of Recruiting. She has an innate ability to understand client needs, culture, and hiring objectives. In her new role, Jaddi will focus on client excellence and sustainability.
Jessica Hixson, Senior Regional Director of Recruiting – MidSouth
Hixson joined Kavaliro in 2014 and most recently served as Director of Recruiting. She is deeply committed to the growth of her team and incredibly detail-oriented. In her new role, Hixon will lead Kavaliro’s combined recruiting efforts in the Jacksonville and Atlanta markets.
