Martin will have the primary responsibility of providing leadership to the company’s workforce, setting strategic direction, and continuing to lay the groundwork for the organization’s mission of thanking every hero in the nation.

Prior to joining Homes for Heroes, Martin spent nine years as Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund & Minnesota Equity Fund. Martin’s successful career includes strategic leadership roles at Fiduciary Counseling, Inc. and Accenture, where she worked on high-profile operations projects for several Fortune 50 companies.
Martin holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Finance from the University of Chicago and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
