Snowden Lane Partners Adds Industry Veteran, Marks 10th Financial Advisor to Join the Firm This Year

The Fast-Growing RIA Has Also Onboarded TD Ameritrade as a New Custodian, Alongside Pershing

NEW YORK--()--Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced Jackie Green has joined the firm as Senior Partner and Managing Director, where she will form The Green Group.

Based in Snowden Lane’s New York City headquarters, Green is the 10th advisor to join the firm this year. She joins Snowden Lane from Fieldpoint Private with over 20 years of experience in the high-net-worth space, advising clients on commercial lending, banking and investment management, among other complex wealth management strategies.

Alongside Green joining the firm, Snowden Lane has also announced that it has added TD Ameritrade to complement its existing custodial agreement with Pershing. The custodial expansion is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment towards growing its platform and offerings for its financial advisors and their clients.

“We’ve always been culturally aligned with Fieldpoint Private and were thrilled when Jackie expressed interest in forming a new group at Snowden Lane,” said Lyle LaMothe, Chairman of Snowden Lane Partners. “I am excited to officially welcome her to the team, as an experienced advisor with her depth and breadth of wealth management knowledge is invaluable. Jackie has consistently helped her clients achieve their financial goals for over 20 years, and I am certain she will continue to do so in this next chapter of her career.”

“It’s always rewarding to welcome a new advisor to our team, and Jackie is joining at the perfect time,” said Greg Franks, Snowden Lane’s Managing Partner, President & COO. “We’ve been fortunate to recently onboard TD Ameritrade as a custodian, which further underscores our firm’s dedication to providing advisors with a flexible, industry-leading platform that allows them to maximize results on their clients’ behalf. I’m excited that Jackie will have a front-row seat for the next phase of Snowden Lane’s expanded platform.”

Prior to Snowden Lane, Green served as Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Fieldpoint Private. She began her career at HSBC, where she oversaw the bank’s expansion into Washington, D.C., joined its Global Corporate and Investment Banking division and served both domestic and international clients.

Green eventually joined Bank of America, where she served as a senior premier client manager and joined the firm’s U.S. Trust unit. She developed a practice of ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs and families and guided clients through the wealth planning process ahead of their firms’ initial public offerings. Eight years later, she joined Wells Fargo Advisors in New York City, eventually joining Fieldpoint Private in 2017.

“I’m glad to be joining Snowden Lane, as the firm has garnered respect across the wealth management community,” said Jackie Green. “As I considered my career options, I felt Snowden Lane’s platform and values offered me the best opportunity to continue offering my clients a personal touch, in addition to sound financial advice. The firm’s dedication to independence stood out and I’m excited to deliver results for my clients moving forward.”

Rob Mooney, Managing Partner & CEO Snowden Lane Partners, added, “Jackie is a rare talent in our industry, as her career experience runs the gamut. I know her values will fit perfectly within Snowden Lane’s culture, and I’m grateful that our approach to client service resonated with her. We’ve made tremendous additions to our firm this year and Jackie is just the latest example.”

Since its founding in 2011, Snowden Lane has rapidly built a national brand, attracting top industry talent from Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, JP Morgan, Raymond James, and Wells Fargo, among others.

The firm has 128 total employees, 73 of whom are financial advisors, across 12 offices around the country: Pasadena and San Diego, CA; New Haven, CT; Coral Gables, FL; Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Baltimore, Salisbury and Bethesda, MD; San Antonio, TX; Buffalo, NY, as well as its New York City headquarters.
