NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apollo Intelligence (Apollo), a leading provider of real-time global data and insights to the healthcare and life science industries, was named to the Inc. 5000 list, the publication’s annual and most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses.
Ranked in the top quartile of companies at #1135 with its three-year revenue growth of more than 500%, Apollo earned its place on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list by addressing strong market demand for global data and insights that drive tomorrow’s healthcare forward.
“We’re extremely honored that, after making the 2022 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Northeast list, Apollo’s exemplary performance was worthy of the national 2022 Inc. 5000 list as well,” said Daniel S. Fitzgerald, CEO and president of Apollo Intelligence. “COVID-19 proved that fast and high-quality access to data and insights can speed time-to-market for critical innovation and help ensure a healthier tomorrow. Apollo delivered upon our ambitious vision of accelerating transformative change in the healthcare and life science industries. We’re proud that our diligent focus on addressing the many gaps in the collection, access, and use of data and insights in the development of new therapies has earned us national recognition.”
Apollo is a life sciences market insights business that helps healthcare and life science companies drive innovation with timely global insights. The Apollo platform launched in 2019 with its acquisition of InCrowd, a pioneer of real-time, automated insights for the life science industry, as the founding company. In 2020, Apollo acquired Survey Healthcare Global, a global market leader of first-party healthcare data collection and custom survey solutions, to complement InCrowd and strengthen its global reach. Through these innovative brands, Apollo optimizes the time from concept to market for new treatments by creating new, high-quality paths to research and insights—dramatically impacting business and patient outcomes.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Together, those companies added more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years. Members of the 2022 Inc. 5000 list join an impressive club including Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names that gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine, which will be available on August 23.
