Douglas II. The new hire strengthens the firm’s capabilities and expertise in large and complex projects with challenging logistical needs, while ensuring all standards for safety, constructability, quality, scope compliance and trade partner management are met or exceeded.

With 24 years of industry experience, Mr. Douglas will oversee Suffolk’s on-site project management throughout Southern California and provide on-site leadership to ensure all standards for safety procedure maintenance, trade partner management, constructability and quality are met throughout a project’s timeline/life. He will also focus on developing the construction plan from acquisition to owner turnover. Mr. Douglas’s extensive portfolio experience includes significant developments such as the San Diego State Aztec Stadium & West Campus, University of California San Diego North Torrey Pines Living & Learning, Padres Ballpark and Salesforce Tower, among other projects.
