In addition to healthcare services, FOLX Health offers support for parents of LGBTQIA+ youth as well as for Human Resource and Benefits teams through diversity, equity, and inclusion training and education. As FOLX Health launches new revenue streams through its enterprise solution, the company has decided to broaden its C-Suite with the appointment of Brad Nations as Chief Commercial Officer. In this newly created role, Brad will be responsible for corporate strategy as it relates to revenue growth, business development, and distribution channel partnerships. Nations is a healthcare veteran with more than 25 years experience and has held leadership roles at Castlight Health, ConsumerMedical (acquired by Alight, 2021) and Extend Health (acquired by WTW, 2012). He has been a tireless advocate for access to high-quality and equitable health care for all, as well as LGBTQIA+ rights in support of his transgender daughter. In 2021, the Nations family created and funded an endowed scholarship at Texas State University designed to support LGBTQIA+ students.
