COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--All Pro Capital, a leading Real Estate Investment firm with an impeccable track record for excellence, announced that it has acquired a stake in Advenire Wealth, LLC, a pioneering RIA providing integrated wealth planning and investment solutions.
In recent years, All Pro Capital has experienced robust growth, but its investors were consistently asking for services and solutions outside of their core business including an option for 1031 Exchange transactions. By combining forces, the firm will now have the capability to extend a full suite of wealth management solutions to its 650 clients in 11 states. Advenire Wealth will provide integrated wealth planning, open-architecture private and public investing access, and a boutique “Multi-Family Office” level of service.
Advenire Wealth Management is a wealth planning and solutions firm born out of necessity. Their founders came to a point where they desired innovation, a Fiduciary oath above reproach, and a more symbiotic alignment of incentives between client and wealth manager. As this strategic acquisition progresses, Advenire Wealth will expand its presence to key markets and fully support, locally, both companies’ clients.
“After understanding the areas in need of improvement in the wealth management space, we built Advenire Wealth to drive more value to clients and provide unique access to proactive planning advice, exclusive investment opportunities, and concierge services that extend across our clients’ lives,” said Frank Vaughn, CEO at Advenire Wealth.
Both firms are excited to expand their local support for clients and their communities in the years to come as they exponentially scale their presence across the United States.
“With this partnership, the future is even brighter for the investors of these two successful firms. Having a complete offering of financial resources will only further expand the creation of wealth which All Pro Capital champions for its clients,” said Tony Bettis, President and CEO at All Pro Capital.
