NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP (“Scott+Scott”), an international securities and consumer rights litigation firm, is investigating whether certain directors and officers of Forum Merger III Corporation (“FIII”) (NASDAQ: FIII); n/k/a Electric Last Mile Solutions, Inc.
