DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) ("Spirit" or the "Company"), a net-lease real estate investment trust ("REIT") that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on May 18, 2022 of $0.6380 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $2.552 per common share. Stockholders of record as of Thursday, June 30, 2022 will receive the cash dividend on Friday, July 15, 2022.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3750 per share to holders of the Company’s 6.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. Preferred stockholders of record as of Wednesday, June 15, 2022 will receive the cash dividend on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
