Todd brings more than two decades experience delivering highly innovative world-class training and development programs which have transformed and positioned medical device and higher education organizations to support significant growth in his leadership roles with Capella University, Xtant Medical, Wright Medical, NuVasive, Orthofix, and most recently, Paragon 28.
Todd earned a PhD in Global Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, to include bachelor’s degrees in Human Biology and Exercise Science from Indiana University.
