Binswanger Grows Its World-Class Team of Professionals

The global commercial real estate company has hired four new employees, including an experienced Director of Valuation Services

PHILADELPHIA--()--Binswanger, an innovator in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced it is ramping up recruitment efforts across the organization to keep up with its rapid growth. Binswanger’s latest round of hiring represents the company’s commitment to attracting top talent and developing a diverse workforce that will not only strengthen its reputation as an industry leader but shape the next chapter in its 90-year history.

New Binswanger Hires:

Mary Brasel, MAI, AI-GRS is a skilled appraiser with over 25 years of experience in multiple asset types, including industrial, commercial/office, land, retail, and hotel/resort. Before becoming Binswanger’s Director of Valuation Services, Mary spent more than 15 years ordering and reviewing commercial appraisals as a Senior Appraisal Manager for Walmart. Most recently, she served as the Appraisal Services Officer for Bank OZK where she was responsible for scoping the appraisal needs of the Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG).

Trina Nolan will support Binswanger’s Project Management team as a Project Manager. Trina has successfully managed numerous small-large scale projects for major healthcare facilities and universities, including Villanova, Christiana Health, and SEI. Most recently, Trina worked for Healthcare Building Solutions (HBS) where she served as an owner’s rep and consultant on the Penn Medicine Pavilion project, a 1.5 million sq. foot, $1.6 billion dollar hospital.

Nicole Finkbiner has over a decade of experience creating compelling content for a variety of mediums, industries, and audiences. She began her career as a journalist and went on to work as a marketing copywriter for several companies, including a leading global manufacturer and distributor of party supplies. As Binswanger’s Marketing Communications Manager, Nicole will work to drive employee engagement and brand awareness through effective internal and external communications.

Liz Chrostowski joins Binswanger as the Marketing Project Manager and will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure the timely execution of marketing projects and presentations. Previously, Liz worked as a Marketing Manager for the largest media, marketing, and education organization serving the promotional products industry. There, she was responsible for developing multichannel marketing campaigns, promoting the company’s annual events, creating lead-nurturing sales tools, and more.
