NEW YORK & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. (“TowerBrook”), an international investment management firm, today announced that Andy Kalbaugh has joined the firm’s Management Advisory Board.
Mr. Kalbaugh has over thirty years’ experience in the financial services industry. He is the former Managing Director and Divisional President of National Sales and Consulting at LPL Financial where he was responsible for the long-term growth and retention of financial advisors and institutions. In addition, he led the business and functional strategy for National Sales and Consulting Sales support teams across LPL’s retirement planning services, high-net-worth and private client solutions, financial planning insurance operations, and the Private Trust Company.

Before he was managing director at LPL Financial, Kalbaugh served as Executive Vice President, business consulting, for Independent Advisor Services, where he was responsible for supporting 18,000 financial advisors and more than 800 financial institutions. He joined LPL Financial in July 2007 following the acquisition of Mutual Service Corporation (MSC) and served as Chief Executive Officer for MSC as well as for Associated Securities Corporation. Kalbaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics from the University of Maryland.
