HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orangetheory Fitness announced the opening of its 27th studio in Houston, Texas, featuring one of the most extensive facilities across the state, with 18 stations designed for full-body workouts. Located in the vibrant and thriving area of River Oaks, the state-of-the-art facility will service new and existing members who live and work in central Houston.
Orangetheory Fitness is designed to give members maximum results through science-backed and technology-tracked workouts. The group classes are led by experienced personal trainers who guide members through an extensive and result-oriented class including rowing, cardio, and strength training that is meant to deliver lasting fitness impacts long after the class is over. The ultimate goal is to boost a member’s metabolism, in turn burning fat and more calories outside of class.
“Orangetheory Fitness is known for our tight-knight community, and now more than ever, we are committed to providing a fun, safe and impactful environment for our members. The River Oaks studio is really something special and we know members are very excited about the location,” said owner Jim Potesta.
Potesta encourages area residents to try out an Orangetheory Fitness workout.
“Come see what we’re all about; an incredible group of staff members and coaches here to help our community get the results they need to live longer, more vibrant lives.”
The studio can be found at 1428 W Gray St., Houston, TX 77019. Memberships are now available to potential clients to join. Find out more information on Orangetheory Fitness River Oaks and how to get a free class here.
About Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
