Kicking off TMC's Winter Conference, TMC Mortgage Tech Day is a unique opportunity for early-seed and start-up companies in the fintech and mortgage tech industry seeking investment from TMC’s Emerging Tech Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund sponsored by The Mortgage Collaborative. Chimney will present to a live audience of the Fund’s limited partners and a panel of judges from leading mortgage tech venture capital firms.

The Fund targets companies that improve the efficiency of manufacturing and servicing mortgages, quality and profitability of mortgage origination, and customer experience. TMC' s lender members represent 15-20% of all mortgage originations in the U.S.
