ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Peachtree Hotel Group ("Peachtree") and its affiliates announced several key promotions at the senior leadership level to support its real estate investment platform and operation services.

"These promotions support our strategic growth objectives, and we expect to have additional promotions and appointments as we further scale up our operations."
Peachtree’s current promotions, include:
Greg Zabinski was promoted to executive vice president, capital markets for Peachtree PC Investors. Zabinski holds a bachelor’s degree in management with a certificate in finance and a minor in economics from Georgia Tech. Before Peachtree, Zabinski was with Morgan Stanley in private wealth, analyzing and investing in private equity, hedge funds and option-related strategies. He began his career as an investment banker with New York-based Citigroup to help structure credit facilities for Fortune 500 companies.
Vivian Clarke was promoted to senior vice president, people & culture: Clarke will continue her oversight of Peachtree's human resources, compliance and employee relations and benefits. She holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University. Clarke has been with Peachtree since 2018 after previously overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including labor relations, benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development and EEO compliance for over 10,000 employees.
Steve MacKenzie was promoted to senior vice president, operations for Peachtree Hospitality Management. MacKenzie will continue his responsibilities of the financial performance of Peachtree's portfolio of hotels ensuring franchise procedures, regulations, and standards. He will also grow the company's culture and develop regional and general managers. MacKenzie joined Peachtree in 2018 with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Michael Ritz was promoted to senior vice president, investments: Ritz is responsible for overseeing all new investments by Peachtree. He holds a master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College. Prior to joining Peachtree in 2017, Ritz worked for Marcus and Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, where he was responsible for national market research, hotel asset valuations, inventory analytics and underwriting model development for all primary asset classes.
