AUSTIN, Texas--()--Keller Williams (‘KW’), the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count, has appointed Levi Rodgers as Director of KW Military. And, the San Antonio, Texas-based Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group also announces their move to Keller Williams.

“It’s a true honor and a privilege to announce Levi Rodgers as our Director of KW Military,” said Carl Liebert, CEO of kwx, the holding company of KW. “A decorated veteran and proven real estate business leader, Levi has a deep-seated passion for providing the highest levels of customer service for active, reserve, and veteran military service members and their families.

“Since my first interaction with Levi, I’ve been deeply inspired by his service, his sacrifice, and his commitment to serving military families,” said Liebert.

Originally unveiled by KW on Veterans Day (November 11, 2021), KW Military is a robust business and networking community. The mission of KW Military is to honor KW agents’ service and sacrifice by providing the tools, training, and camaraderie necessary to build a big business and an even bigger life.

“It’s my honor to lead KW Military – a national initiative that will educate the military and veteran community about careers in real estate while we create their pathway to success,” said Levi Rodgers, founder and team leader of the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group.

“Thirty seconds of honesty from a real estate agent changed my life. It’s my mission to inspire and encourage my people – veterans and their families – to thrive in civilian life,” said Rodgers. “Real estate can help transform their futures, and offering resources like free real estate school for veterans and their families will be part of how we remove barriers that exist for their entry into the profession."

Via KW Military, KW is now leveraging the KW School of Real Estate (KSCORE) to the benefit of military service members. In 2021, KW announced KSCORE in partnership with Kaplan. Key to the effort, Kaplan Real Estate Education offers state-approved prelicensing curriculum for aspiring real estate agents and continued real estate education credits for existing agents.

Rodgers started his real estate career in 2012. In 2016, he founded the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group.

In 2021, the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group sold over 2,800 units with a sales volume of more than $940 million, according to regional reports. The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group consists of 145 people, 126 agents, and 19 support staff members.

More than half of team members of the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group are military service members or have family members in the military. Currently, the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group operates across the Texas markets of San Antonio, Austin, Killeen, and El Paso.

The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group will join KW San Antonio City-View as its hub location. KW Divisional Leader and KW Military task force leader Wendi Harrelson is driving the group’s integration into KW.
