BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enviva Inc. (NYSE: EVA) (“Enviva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 4,300,000 common shares at $70.00 per share. Enviva has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 645,000 common shares from Enviva.
The Offering is expected to close on January 24, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
Enviva intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering (which account for underwriters’ fees and estimated expenses) for general corporate purposes, including pre-funding a portion of its capital expenditures related to ongoing development projects, and the temporary repayment of debt.
