NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tillman Infrastructure, a leading tower and telecom infrastructure company, has named Suruchi Ahuja as chief executive officer, effective January 1 of this year. William “Bill” Hague, who previously held the role, is being appointed Vice Chairman.
Ms. Ahuja is a founding member of Tillman Infrastructure’s team, having served as president and chief financial officer since August 2016. During her tenure as CFO over the past five years, Ms. Ahuja has helped take the business from inception to successful relationships with major carriers in the U.S. and a pipeline of several thousand towers. In addition to her role at Tillman Infrastructure, Ms. Ahuja is a partner at the parent company, Tillman Global Holdings, the leading privately held digital infrastructure company in the U.S. with global operations. Ms. Ahuja also was responsible for raising over $1.5 billion of equity and debt capital to support the business.
Hague has been a highly recognized executive in the telecommunications industry with over twenty years of industry leadership in domestic and international arenas. Before becoming CEO of Tillman Infrastructure in 2018, he was with AT&T as executive vice president , where he led their Global Connection Management and Tower Leasing businesses and was responsible for developing both international and domestic strategies and partnerships for network access and connection agreements. In his new role, Hague will assist the board in Tillman’s aggressive growth plans in the U.S.
