Ardurra Group, Inc. Acquires Gunda Corporation, LLC

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) has acquired and merged with Gunda Corporation (GUNDA), a transportation and public works civil engineering firm based in Houston, TX.

Ardurra Group is an Engineering News-Record Top 500 firm providing consulting and engineering services to public and private entities throughout the U.S.

GUNDA will operate as Gunda Corporation, an Ardurra Group Company, from its offices in Texas and will operate as a platform for transportation engineering services in the central U.S.
