NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Iron Spark I Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: ISAA) ("Iron Spark" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share to holders of its Class A Common Stock that was authorized on December 21, 2021. The dividend will be payable January 14, 2022 to stockholders of record on January 7, 2022.
