Ms. Flora is a strategic marketing leader who brings nearly 20 years of global payments, eCommerce, and financial services technology experience to the growing company.
As CMO, Ms. Flora will be responsible for creating and accelerating Transact’s marketing strategy, brand awareness, and customer loyalty, and for driving growth of Transact’s products and services.

Most recently, Ms. Flora was vice president of customer marketing at ACI Worldwide, a global, real-time payments company. In that role, she led a global team focused on driving growth, retention, and loyalty within the company’s merchant and biller segments. Earlier in her career, Ms. Flora served at ACI Payments, Inc. (formerly Official Payments Corp.), a financial services technology company providing bill payment solutions to government, utility, and higher education companies.
Ms. Flora earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and marketing with a minor in information systems from Kent State University.
