Ms. Colosi Florio will join former Justices of the Appellate Division, Second Department, Robert A. Spolzino and Jeffrey A. Cohen, former Appellate Division Senior Principal Law Clerk David House and former Appellate Division Assistant Law Clerk Mark Goreczny in what is now one of the most powerful appellate practices in the State of New York.
