Elevēo Announces Cisco WebEx Contact Center Integration

FRANKLIN, Tenn.--()--Elevēo announces the integration of its WFO solution suite with Cisco WebEx Contact Center (WebEx CC). With this announcement, Elevēo, a Cisco SolutionsPlus vendor for over a decade, expands its deep integrations with all Cisco on-premise platforms to the cloud.

WebEx CC is Cisco’s customer journey platform for unified and simplified contact management across all contact center channels, and it’s available for hosting within Cisco’s UCM Cloud. The new integration allows organizations to bring all unified contacts into their Elevēo platform and populates Elevēo’s WFM Forecasting and Scheduling tools with Cisco queue-level data. It also enhances security for companies utilizing work-from-home agents or offering hybrid on-site and remote workplace options.
