ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading wealth partners Bryan Sweet, Ty Totzke, Oliver Kollofski, Brittany Anderson and the Sweet Financial Partners team today announced that they have joined the Dynasty Financial Partners Network of independent wealth management firms with offices in Fairmont and Jackson, Minnesota. Mr. Sweet, Mr. Totzke, Mr. Kollofski and Mrs. Anderson joined the Dynasty Network after leaving Raymond James. Their team previously managed $875 million in client assets.
“Our approach is to continue to redefine what truly holistic wealth management looks like and to help people realize what’s possible through our Dream Architect process. To do that, we knew it was time to expand our opportunities in how we serve our clients and future clients through better technology, integrations and a cutting-edge approach. This became even more important as we quickly approach becoming a $1 billion AUM firm,” comments Bryan Sweet, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
What started out as a one-man operation in 1979 now totals 15 professionals with 6 financial advisors. Sweet Financial Partners specializes in working with women who have navigated a difficult transition such as widowhood, divorce or sudden inheritance, business owners post sale and tax efficient planning methods for retirees; although the team is quick to note they focus on individuals who are delegators by nature, trusting, relationship-focused and fulfillment-focused over assets alone.
With clients in 28 states and 5 countries, Sweet Financial Partners plans to become more tech-enabled allowing them to continue to serve clients across the globe. The recent mass acclimation to tech integrations due to the pandemic empowers Sweet to market to target areas nationwide. After 6 months of active due diligence, technology was one of the main drivers to choosing Dynasty.
“One of the Dynasty core values is being able to provide the efficiency to double our business without having to double our team. We have exceptionally high hiring standards and a team that is all in on providing an exceptional experience to clients. We want to be able to reward them in the build, while opening capacity at the same time,” remarks Brittany Anderson, Partner and President at Sweet Financial Partners.
“We are excited to welcome Bryan and his team to the Dynasty Network,” comments Dynasty CEO Shirl Penney. “Having access to sophisticated tech-enabled solutions is a growing desire for advisors and Dynasty is well-positioned to offer that opportunity along with a true independent model. We are looking forward to partnering with the Sweet team to utilize tech integrations and accelerate their growth.”
