RIVERTON, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mountain View Village, Riverton’s 85-acre mixed-use destination lifestyle center is adding 34 new restaurants, entertainment, health, beauty, apparel and home stores, and is set to host a Grand Opening of Phase II on Memorial Day Weekend 2022.
The 1,000,000 sq ft property will welcome 15 new restaurants, including five first to market in Utah, including Kona Grill, Shabu Gen experiential Korean BBQ, Silverlake Ramen, Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar and WildFin organic, sustainable seafood.
“This will be the strongest restaurant line up in the greater Salt Lake area,” Senior VP of Leasing Chris Byers shared. “There is a taste for everyone, and we expect Mountain View Village will be the go-to destination for food lovers.”
Burgers & Barley, Chipotle, Crack Shack, Dirty Bird Fried Chicken, Peace on Earth Coffee, R&R BBQ, Royal Coffee, Santorini’s Greek Grill, Super Chix and Via 313 will start to open in late 2021.
Mountain View Village will feature the only Anthropologie in the South Valley, bringing style for the creative-minded woman who has a sense of adventure in what she wears in the Silicon Slopes. Athleta, local- and women-owned Bohme, Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Buckle and Janela Bay are also among the 34 new additions committed to joining the Village opening next year.
HOTWORX infrared workouts just opened in Phase I of the development, with Orange Theory Fitness, Restore Hyper Wellness and Peak 45 Fitness set to join them soon, adding in-demand active lifestyle options to the underserved market into the new year. Polish Nail Bar, Rebel House and Sephora will all open in 2022, as well as a Real Housewives of Salt Lake City favorite Heather Gay’s Beauty Lab + Laser.
