ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TruRating, the customer analytics company known for its work with retailers like JD Sports, Canada Post and five Below, recently announced the hire of new Global Head of Sales, Kelsey Erickson.
Erickson, previously Enterprise Lead at Qualtrics, joins at a time when TruRating is experiencing rapid acceleration across each of its key markets in North America, Europe and ANZ.
Erickson has spent the past 10 years of his career in the SAAS market, and during his time at Qualtrics was responsible for leading sales and go to market efforts for Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses. After helping grow two business units to $50M ARR, he is now looking to replicate that success at TruRating.
“TruRating is providing an innovative way to solve age-old problems in the CX industry. The volume and quality of data that TruRating can capture and deliver to retailers and consumers alike blew me away,” said Erickson.
Alongside Erickson, another former Qualtrics team member, Brad Cox, joins the London office taking on Enterprise Account sales across the United Kingdom and Europe.
“TruRating is a game changer for experience focused retailers, helping them uncover instore data points that, without TruRating’s patented technology, are totally unattainable. I’m excited to help TruRating gain a foothold in the UK and European markets,” Cox said.
“We couldn’t be happier to have Kelsey and Brad join the team,” says TruRating Founder & CEO Georgina Nelson. “They both live and breathe helping businesses make better decisions with data – I know they’re going to be amazing for TruRating.”
“It’s a sign of things to come that we both were ready to take on a new challenge at around the same time,” said Erickson of the new appointments.
