(“Sentinel” or the “Company”) to Kleen-Tech Services, LLC (“Kleen-Tech”). Marc Schultz and Chris Greco will continue to lead and grow the Sentinel brand while offering new services to existing Kleen-Tech customers. Skyway Capital Markets served as the exclusive investment banker to Sentinel Maintenance for this transaction.
