Udemy Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Udemy, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Udemy has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “UDMY.”

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BofA Securities, Jefferies, and Truist Securities will act as book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Piper Sandler, William Blair, Baird, and Needham & Company will act as co-managers for the offering.
