Global Nephrology Solutions Expands Value-Add Offerings with First-of-Its-Kind Multi-State Real Estate Transaction

New opportunity gives GNS practices access to national real estate transactions

TEMPE, Ariz.--()--Global Nephrology Solutions (“GNS”), one of the largest physician-led and physician-owned kidney care platforms in the United States, and its affiliated practices recently completed a strategic real estate transaction including a national portfolio of properties in Arizona and Florida. This transaction demonstrates a segment of the value-add opportunities GNS provides nephrologists to maximize capital through strategic real estate investments.

The transaction involved 15 properties including dialysis and medical office facilities primarily held by Southwest Kidney Institute (SKI) in Arizona and Florida Kidney Physicians (FKP) in Florida.

“We are incredibly pleased with the results of this transaction. As a Nephrologist-led platform, GNS is committed to enhancing value-creation opportunities for all our affiliated providers and practices,” said Rajiv Poduval, MD, FASN, Founding Chief Executive Officer of Global Nephrology Solutions. “We aim to be the partner of choice for nephrologists by creating value through varied opportunities and empowering physicians and their practices to thrive and remain independent, relevant and at the center of patient-care delivery.”
