Partners of the firm, Michael Bass and Richard Thomas, will spearhead the growth and development of the office in the State’s capital region. As current members of Abrams Fensterman’s Health Law Practice Group, Mr. Bass and Mr. Thomas provide counsel on all aspects of health care law. Mr. Bass and Mr. Thomas have specialties in providing regulatory compliance and advising health care providers including hospitals, nursing homes, physician practice groups, surrogacy programs and others. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Bass and Mr. Thomas worked within the New York State Department of Health. During their tenure, they each advised on pressing matters relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
