TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Noah Ostroff, a well-known entrepreneur in the Philadelphia real estate industry, today announced the acquisition of six Keller Williams franchises in the Tampa Bay area from veteran real estate mogul, Kevin Chadwick, of the Chadwick Group.
The six brokerages, operated by Mr. Chadwick for over 20 years, include KW South Tampa, KW St. Petersburg, KW Suburban Tampa (Brandon), KW Gulf Beaches (St. Pete Beach), KW South Shore (Apollo Beach), and KW Seminole. Last year the brokerages sold over $3 Billion in sales volume, over $80 Million in revenue, and closed approximately 10,000 transactions combined. With the support of over 1,300 agents between the six locations, no other brokerages have sold more real estate in the history of Tampa Bay.
Mr. Chadwick believes that now is the time to invest in the next generation of real estate professionals.
