Orb Health Promotes Aneel Moolji and Tyler Downs to the C-Suite to Drive Industry Leading Care Management as a Service

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orb Health, the industry leader in Care Management as a Service announced two internal promotions to the C-Suite today. These moves, combined with the recent VP, Clinical Operations addition further expands key management roles needed to meet the rapid expansion of Orb Health’s customer base.

Aneel Moolji has been promoted from Vice President of Finance to Chief Financial Officer and will take an expanded role in overseeing operations. Mr. Moolji experience includes VP, Accounting for Ashford, Inc. and has held multiple senior roles at companies such as Texas Instruments, Fossil, and Deloitte and Touche.

Tyler Downs has also been promoted from Vice President of Engineering to Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Downs brings a rich innovation, engineering, and entrepreneurial background to his duties at Orb Health. He has held executive positions at MedeAnalytics, Trizetto, and Care Otter as well as senior positions at Microsoft and Siemens among others.

Both promotions will take effect immediately.

Patient Outcomes study on the real-world results of Orb Health’s solution showed a 54% decrease in Emergency Department (ED) visits for Chronic Care patients with 6 or more chronic conditions within 9 months of implementation resulting in $6.22 million of projected annual Medicare savings per 1,000 patients. On the patient access side, Orb Health produced a 22% increase in schedule utilization resulting in 2.8 additional patient visits a year while reducing overall patient costs by 26%. In addition to these results, patient access through Orb Health’s white-labeled services have shown an increase of 43% in schedule, preventative appointments while reducing call time by 32% and reducing call abandonment by 92%.
