BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arctaris Impact Investors, LLC (“Arctaris”) and its affiliate management companies announce the addition of Mark Garcia as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Garcia joins Arctaris after 13 years at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where he served as Co-Chief Financial Officer.

The firm is investing in expanding its leadership infrastructure which was recently demonstrated with the addition of Alan Halfenger as Chief Compliance Officer, formerly Global Chief Compliance Officer for Bain Capital, LP.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Mr. Garcia was the Co-Chief Financial Officer at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where he focused on fund accounting, tax preparation and assisting with fundraising, compliance reporting, and deal structuring process. He started his accounting career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP, formerly one of the "Big Five" accounting firms, where he specialized in private equity. Mr. Garcia also held various financial leadership roles at Bingham Legg Advisors, LLC and Globespan Capital Partners.
Mr. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Colgate University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
