SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambria Solutions, an award-winning national technology and management consulting firm, is once again recognized as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, landing on the just-released Inc. 5000 list for the 10th time in the past 13 years.
Cambria Solutions – which helps government and organizations deliver results better, faster and with greater consistency – ranked No. 3,033 on Inc. magazine’s closely watched list.
The company and its team members, like many others nationwide, have been challenged by COVID, lockdowns and much uncertainty during the past 18 months. But Cambria Solutions developed a far-reaching plan that embraced remote work, allowing projects – including efforts to improve government health and human services, critical during the pandemic – to move forward.
“We’re extremely proud to be recognized for our accomplishments, especially given COVID’s unprecedented challenges, from the effect on our day-to-day operations to the impact on our team members,” said Cambria Solutions CEO Robert Rodriguez, who founded the company in 2003. “Our team members – like so many others – have been balancing so much, from helping their children with distance learning to taking care of parents. But even with a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, they remain focused on meeting our clients’ ever-changing needs and continue to deliver impressive results that benefit the public.”
Cambria Solutions has eight offices across the country, from coast to coast, including in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Washington state and Washington, D.C.
Many of the company’s projects improve how government and organizations work for the public good, from developing a smartphone application for mental health services that helps with self-monitoring and alerts a therapist if more support is needed to an online chatbot that provides valuable information for residents navigating an often-complex court system.
The Sacramento-based company has a 300-member workforce, with a 50% gender balance and 39% ethnic diversity. Cambria Solutions promoted Suzanne Vitale to President in early 2020; less than 4% of companies in the tech industry have a female president and/or chief executive officer, according to industry reports.
“From our corporate culture and diversity to our custom solutions for clients, we are building a very special company,” Vitale said. “Our success starts with our team members and giving them the support and tools they need to provide the highest quality of service to clients.”
The effort has generated impressive results. Cambria Solutions has averaged 31% annual revenue growth since 2003, including 126% growth between 2017 and 2020, the period reviewed for the latest Inc. 5000 list.
“We’ve enjoyed much success, from developing and growing first-rate teams to expanding operations to more states,” Vitale said. “But, just as important, we are helping organizations work more effectively. And after the past 18 months, access to government services has never been more critical.”
