BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Appfire, a leading provider of apps that help teams solve modern challenges with digital solutions, today announced the appointment of Jagdish Chugani to Chief People Officer. As part of the executive team, Jagdish will report to CEO, Randall Ward, and will lead the global HR organization, including talent management, culture and engagement. He will also oversee new initiatives to help Appfire nurture a diverse, equitable and inclusive experience for all candidates and team members.
Previously, Jagdish was Senior Vice President of Talent at PlanSource and a key member of the Human Capital and executive leadership teams at UnitedHealth Group. At PlanSource, he led the company through tremendous growth and change fostering a strong culture with a distributed global team while being a strong advocate for employees. As the Human Capital Leader at UnitedHealth Group, he led several mergers and acquisitions — scaling and stabilizing business units as they grew from 3,500 to 10,500 employees.
