ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neighbors Credit Union is the “Best Credit Union” in the state of Missouri with the most satisfied customers, according to a survey conducted by Forbes Magazine and published on forbes.com. The credit union, which was founded in 1928, is the region’s sixth largest and has nine branch locations serving 45,000 members in the greater St. Louis Community.
To determine the rankings, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 25,000 customers about their current and former financial relationships. Financial institutions were scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as on trust, branch services, digital services, and financial advice. Of the more than 5,000 credit unions nationwide, just 3.6 percent made the list — five in the state of Missouri.

Two other St. Louis area credit unions — First Community and Vantage — also made the Forbes list, finishing second and fifth respectively. Rounding out the five were Infuze Credit Union of Fort Leonard Wood, which ranked third, and CommunityAmerica Credit Union of Kansas City, which finished fourth.
This year’s list is the fourth compiled by Forbes since 2018.
