Ryder Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

Company Pays Dividend for 180th Consecutive Quarter

MIAMI--()--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.58 per share of common stock to be paid on September 17, 2021 to shareholders of record on August 23, 2021. This dividend reflects an increase of $0.02 from the $0.56 cash dividend that Ryder had been paying since July 2019.

This is Ryder’s 180th consecutive quarterly cash dividend – marking more than 45 years of uninterrupted dividend payments.
