SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InCloudCounsel, the global leader in Contract Automation and Intelligence, today announced the appointment of Mike Paulus to its board of directors, where he will join Chelsea Stoner of Battery Ventures, and members of InCloudCounsel’s executive team, Troy Pospisil (CEO), Ben Levi (COO), Lane Lillquist (CTO), and Jeff Bohl (CFO). Mike was most recently the founder and CEO of Assurance IQ, an insurance technology company which was acquired by Prudential in 2019. Previously, Mike was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz and the President and co-founder of Addepar, a wealth management software company.
