WALTHAM, Mass,--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J.D. Power ranks Commonwealth Financial Network “#1 in Independent Advisor Satisfaction Among Financial Investment Firms, Eight Times in a Row.”
In the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Financial Advisor Satisfaction StudySM, Commonwealth received an overall satisfaction score of 936 on a 1,000-point scale among independent advisors and achieved the highest score in all reported key drivers of advisor satisfaction—leadership and culture, compensation, operational support, professional development, technology, and products and marketing.
“It’s been a very challenging year for everyone in the industry,” said Commonwealth CEO Wayne Bloom. “To be recognized once again for our unwavering commitment to our advisors and their clients is an incredible honor. While this is the eighth consecutive time our advisors have recognized the Commonwealth team’s efforts—this year was very different. I feel that our affiliated advisors are the ones who truly deserve most of the accolades for their perseverance in serving their clients throughout such a challenging period.”
Bloom continued, “The pandemic had a tremendous impact on how we serve and interact with our community of independent advisors. But with a robust technology suite, a strong business continuity plan, and a mindset rooted in indispensability, we were able to adapt to the changes quickly.”
“We were also grateful for our long-standing investment in feedback protocols that were instrumental in providing our advisors an effective communication channel to ask questions and offer suggestions so we could make adjustments on the fly as the crisis evolved,” Bloom added. “We could not be more grateful for their partnership and take great pride in consistently providing the proper support to help them run their business their way—while we focus on earning the additional 64 points that our advisors deserve!”
