DUBLIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Veterinary Instrumentation (Vi), a leading global supplier of professional products to support veterinarians in maintaining animal welfare during surgery, announced today that the company is expanding into the United States market. As a leader in UK professional veterinary instruments, the move brings with it the potential for significant growth as the brand develops in North America.
“We hear from veterinarians over and over that the impeccable quality of our instruments allows veterinarians to focus solely on what is most important during surgery—animal welfare,” said Alex Vrancich, Director of Vi North America. “Our instruments help veterinarians rest easy that they have the best and most reliable tools available to perform even the most complex procedures. Our reputation and success in this industry is what has allowed us to expand into other markets and we look forward to serving veterinarians’ needs in the U.S.”
As of June 30, 2021, Vi’s range of surgical instrument packs will be available throughout North America. The packs are expertly crafted using high-grade steel and are backed by a leading warranty against all manufacturer defects. Vi’s packs are conveniently organized in protective autoclavable storage cassettes. As an alternative, the company offer the kits in a perforated tray to accommodate veterinary table-top autoclaves that are not able to house the larger storage cassettes.
With more than three decades of clinical expertise, Vi is bringing both its extensive catalog of 4,000 plus professional veterinary instruments and the support of its expert team to veterinarians throughout the United States. US-based veterinarians will have access to Vi’s extensive range of medical grade surgical instruments and, since all Vi products and services follow ISO9001 quality standards, veterinarians can have full confidence in the instruments during surgical procedures.
Founded by a veterinarian, Vi delivers a diverse and innovative portfolio of products in the areas of joint surgery, orthopedic implantable devices and surgical instrumentation, with products tailored specifically to the needs of the clinician.
Vi products are now available for veterinarians to order through Covetrus North America at www.northamerica.covetrus.com.
