(NasdaqGS: GIII) announced today that, effective July 1, 2021, Wayne Miller will step down as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and will become a Senior Strategic Advisor to the Company. In his new role, Mr. Miller will assist in the transition of his day-to-day responsibilities and advise the Company on various aspects of corporate strategy. Mr. Miller will continue to report to Morris Goldfarb, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
