Each new hire brings decades of experience to Swimlane, and will play a critical role in elevating the company’s brand, ensuring customer success and maximizing the value organizations achieve with the Swimlane platform.
“I am thrilled to welcome Tony, Charles and David to the Swimlane leadership team. I look forward to working with these industry veterans to make Swimlane the leader in automation.”
Before joining Swimlane, Thompson was CMO for Kemp Technologies (acquired by Mill Point Capital), where he established the company as a market leader in Application Experience (AX), garnering brand awareness growth and the number one rating on Gartner. Constanti brings to Swimlane extensive experience with rapidly growing companies, driving global expansion, raising capital through public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Swimlane, Constanti served as CFO at BlastWave, an early stage cyber security SaaS company. Previously, he served as CFO for three public companies: CareDx, a leader in molecular diagnostics; Procera Networks (acquired by Francisco Partners), a leader in network security and intelligence as well as a six-time winner of Deloitte’s Fast 500 award; and Netopia (acquired by Motorola), a leader in broadband gateways and remote management software. Charles began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As Swimlane’s SVP of Customer Experience, Anthony leads the company’s post-sales customer delivery teams, including Customer Success, Partner Services, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Training teams. Anthony’s cybersecurity background includes serving as VP Customer Care at LogRhythm, building their customer delivery function across the globe to include professional services, technical support, training, and account management. Over the past 25+ years, Anthony has focused on scaling customer-focused delivery groups for rapidly growing companies including Sapient, Inc. in the US, India, and the UK (now Sapient Publicis), Map of Medicine Ltd in the UK (now part of Hearst Corporation), and for Tendril, Inc. (now Uplight, Inc). Anthony has broad experience growing customer-focused delivery organizations in startup companies globally.
“Automation of cybersecurity has shifted from “nice to have” to a requirement and Swimlane stands out with a robust platform for automating essential security operations needs,” said Thompson. “I look forward to being part of this incredible team at such a pivotal moment for the market. With a broader attack surface and wave of digital transformation, automation provides the enterprise with a clear return on investment.
