- Andrea Hippeau joined Lerer Hippeau’s investment team in 2014. She held prior operating roles at Bark & Co. and The Dodo – two of Lerer Hippeau’s portfolio companies. Investments that Ms. Hippeau has worked on at Lerer Hippeau include MIRROR, LeafLink, Wondery, and Fi.
- Caitlin Strandberg joined Lerer Hippeau as a Principal in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Vice President at FirstMark, served on the investment team at Flybridge Capital Partners, and worked at startups LearnVest and Behance. Investments that Ms. Strandberg has worked on at Lerer Hippeau include Medly, Parade, Studs, and Topicals.
- Isabelle Phelps joined Lerer Hippeau as a Summer Associate in 2017 and as a member of the investment team in 2018. Prior to joining the team, she served as a Partner at Dorm Room Fund and held positions in operations, business strategy and marketing strategy. Investments that Ms. Phelps has worked on at Lerer Hippeau include Air, Loop, Prose, and Buzzer.
- Stephanie Manning Cohen joined Lerer Hippeau in 2017 to build the firm’s Platform function, working closely with founders to provide post-investment support and services. She focuses on building the network within the Lerer Hippeau portfolio and the broader tech ecosystem. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cohen led talent, events and community at Work-Bench and worked at NYC-based startup AppNexus.
Over the past decade, Lerer Hippeau has built a top tier portfolio of more than 400 companies across the consumer and enterprise technology landscape. Lerer Hippeau also recently hired Emily Libresco who is joining its Platform team in June. Ms. Libresco previously worked for Melinda Gates’ fund, Pivotal Ventures, where she led executive communications and media.
