ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--North American Risk Services, Inc. (NARS) is pleased to announce and welcome Tina Zink Pernie as Head of Strategic Partnerships. In this position, Tina will be responsible for overseeing the vendor relationship activities of the company, with an emphasis on service relationships and approvals through all lines of the organization.

Tina holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Business Administration, and a master's degree in Science in Leadership from Pfeiffer University.
She began her career as a Claims Assistant at Royal & SunAlliance USA in 2000, and later assumed the role of Claim Manager; Litigation & Vendor Management with Arrowpoint Capital. Most recently, she served as a Chief Operating Officer at Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She was an appointed member of The Institutes Operational Integration team, which facilitated operations among all business units in the enterprise. She also led the Enterprise Events team for The Institutes, which included oversight of meetings staff, contract oversight, and financial planning for all in-person and virtual events.
Tina has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, that have allowed her to create deep professional networks across claims professionals, defense counsel, and technology and service providers. She has extensive experience negotiating, contracting, and managing business-to-business relationships.
