Everee Launches New Scheduling Product to Simplify Worker Management

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Payroll and business payments platform Everee today announced the launch of its new scheduling product. The tool allows businesses to easily create and manage staff schedules for each of their locations. With a simple interface that makes complex scheduling tasks easy, it provides real-time data on labor costs and streamlines shift trading and coverage requests.

"We're excited to introduce this tool to simplify an often-complex process that takes too much time," said Brett Barlow, CEO of Everee. "Our goal with this latest release was not only to simplify worker management but also help businesses better understand variances in their labor costs."

Most businesses use a point solution for their scheduling needs. Everee’s scheduling is fully integrated with its payroll and time tracking tools, giving customers everything they need to manage and pay workers. Businesses can better understand and forecast labor costs and feel confident they’re staying in budget with a real-time view of projected and actual hours and projected and actual gross pay amounts. Workers can access their schedules via a web and mobile app, so they can quickly request shift swaps. The app automatically notifies workers when there’s a change to their schedules, too.

"Piecing together point solutions is complicated and costly. Everything we build at Everee is to make it easy to pay workers faster," Barlow said. "Our customers can now schedule workers, approve hours and run payments in literally seconds, all from one app."
