LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CIM Real Assets & Credit Fund (the “Fund”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends of $0.127 per share of each of Class C Common Share and Class L Common Share and $0.128 per share of each of Class A Common Share and Class I Common Share for each of April, May, and June 2021, representing an annual dividend rate of 6.0% of NAV (as of March 25, 2021) per share. The dividend will be payable as follows: May 5, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2021; June 3, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2021; and July 6, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2021.
